To respond to inquiries and provide real-estate services. To keep language preference and core site functions working. To protect security and prevent misuse.

Contract or pre-contractual steps (inquiries). Consent (optional cookies, if we introduce them later). Legitimate interest: site security and reliability. Legal obligation where the law requires it.
